EAP Housing Application Information
Living in I-House is preceded by a competitive application process, and applications are accepted based on the quality and intent of the applicant’s responses.

Continuing Students (With Housing Gurantee)
Continuing students with a Housing Contract Offer will be able to apply to I-House and Raza LLCs through the Housing Portal. After sigining your Housing Contract and submitting the prepayment students will be able to see the LLC applications under the "2024 Continuing Student Housing Application & Room Selection” section. After clicking on the "2024 Continuing Student Room Selection: Contract, Prepayment, Lottery Time & Space Selection” link, scoll down to the "Step 2: Community Interest and Applications” section, and click on the "Housing Community Apps" button.
Important Dates and Deadlines for Continuing Students
Feb 21: Housing Contract application opens
Feb 28: Housing Contract application due by 11:59pm
Mar 5: Housing Contract process begins. (Signing your contract and submitting the prepayment)
Mar 6: I-House and Raza LLC application opens
Mar 12: Housing Contract due by 11:59pm
Mar 18: I-House and LLC applications due by 11:59pm
Mar 28: I-House and LLC decisions go out
Apr 3: Last day to opt out of I-House or Raza LLC
Apr 11: Room Selection lottery date & time sent to UCSD emails

Incoming International Students (UCEAP)
Once you are accepted into the UCEAP program you will receive an email from UCSD Housing Dining Hospitality with an invitation to apply for a Housing Contract. If you do not receive an email to your personal email it will be sent to your UCSD email. If you do not see any emails regarding housing please contact HDH at housingcontracts@ucsd.edu
After submitting your housing application and signing your housing contract you will be able to apply to I-House.
Continuing Students (Without Housing Guarantee)
Students without a housing guarantee will need to apply to the Housing Waitlist. Once you are offered a Housing Contract you will be able to express interest in I-House or an LLC. Housing in I-House or an LLC will be based on availability and is not guaranteed.

International House at UC San Diego is a friendly and diverse community of internationally minded students and scholars.
All registered UC San Diego undergraduate students except new incoming freshman or current freshmen are eligible to live in I-House. Living in I-House is preceded by a simple application process, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis for various quarters.
About 350 people from over 30 countries choose to make I-House their home each year. Residents (approximately half domestic and half international) include undergraduates from all seven colleges, graduate students, and visiting scholars. Students, faculty, staff and community friends are all welcome to participate in our programs.
