International House at UC San Diego is a friendly and diverse community of internationally minded students and scholars.
All registered UC San Diego undergraduate students except new incoming freshman or current freshmen are eligible to live in I-House. Living in I-House is preceded by a simple application process, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis for various quarters.
About 350 people from over 30 countries choose to make I-House their home each year. Residents (approximately half domestic and half international) include undergraduates from all eight colleges, graduate students, and visiting scholars. Students, faculty, staff and community friends are all welcome to participate in our programs.
