T-RES Launches September 10!
The Triton Reservation and Event System (T-RES) is in development to provide a primary, central system for reserving venues; managing event reservations; completing event management workflows and processes (i.e., policy compliance, food permits, alcohol permits, etc); improving event safety awareness; and providing the campus community with broad awareness of events. Phase 1 of T-RES launches on September 10, 2025 at noon.
Our current reservation system will be down from Friday, September 5, at 3 p.m. through Wednesday, September 10 at noon. During this time, International House will be unable to process new reservation requests or manage existing reservations.
To avoid a potential impact or delay in your reservation processing or TAP submission, please submit your venue reservation requests or start your TAP prior to Thursday, September 4.

Our Facilities
The award-winning International House Great Hall and Asante meeting rooms are two of San Diego’s premier meeting spaces. Our facilities offer a magical setting for events of all sizes and occasions.
With its stunning architecture, the Great Hall connects with two open-air patios offering spectacular ocean views. The Asante meeting rooms can be used as stand-alone venues, or as breakout rooms for events that require additional space outside of the Great Hall.
