Policy Notes
- User responsible for set-up, running and maintenance of any equipment provided by user.
- Facility Monitor will set-up, break down and oversee use of all I-House equipment.
- Equipment only available for use in the International House Meeting spaces.
- Equipment order should be made at time of reservation or two weeks prior to event.
- Replacement cost for equipment that is lost or damaged will be charged to your group.
- Piano tuned twice a year. Additional tuning at user expense. Four week advance notice required.
- Not all equipment available at all times. International House reserves the right to refuse to rent equipment.

- Use of a dance floor is required for any and all events where dancing is involved.
