Reservations

The Great Hall and Asante Meeting Rooms at the International House is one of four premiere venues on the UC San Diego campus and are constantly in high demand. We recommend that you secure your event date as soon as you know when your special event is going to take place.

To begin the process, schedule an appointment for your site-visit where you can have your questions regarding availability, reservations, layout options and facility capabilities answered. Your event is not considered reserved until we have received a signed Facility Usage Agreement and a $500 Security Deposit (cash/check) or Index Number (UCSD Departments). If your event is taking place within the next 30-days, then please contact us immediately at (858) 822-1791 or ihouseintern@ucsd.edu

Once the desired facility has been reserved, we will provide the necessary support to ensure professional execution of your special event. We will work with you to finalize all of your logistics including catering, facility staffing, event diagrams, and all of the necessary site-visits with alternate vendors involved. Payment of your remaining balance is due 30-days prior to your event or the event is subject to cancellation.
